Easy Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING through the US Postal Service (USPS) to the lower 48 States--the lower 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.

Sorry, we DO NOT Ship to PO Boxes.

Due to the limitation of the carries, we are not able to ship our products to PO Boxes. You need to provide a "physical" shipping address when you check out.

When Will I Receive My Package?

Shipping and delivery dates depend on the availability of your items and which shipping options you choose. For example, if your order qualifies for FREE PROMOTIONAL discounted shipping it will be shipped via a special shipping provider based on availability.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products! However, If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product  we will offer a refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping expenses). Returned products must contain the unopened product. If you do return an order, we will need to be notified within 10 days of your receipt of our products.

All sales are final. All returns must be received by Deluxe Naturals within two (2) weeks of notification of a return. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any Other Fees If I Return the Product?

No! We do not charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and hope that you don't need to return product to us, but if you do, we want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can.

How Do I Return the Product?

If you would like to process a return, please contact Deluxe Naturals via email to get an RMA Number for your return. This RMA number should be clearly printed on your return. For safer delivery, we recommend you should ship your return to us with a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.
Upon receipt of your return you will receive a refund for the value of the unused returned merchandise. We do not accept returns of any used portion of the item for health, safety and sanitization reasons. If you received free or discounted shipping on your  order you will be required to reimburse the original outbound shipping cost.
